Returns & Exchanges

Returns

All sales are final for sale items and seasonal items (Halloween, Holiday, Christmas, etc.). We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for seasonal or sale items.

  • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.
  • Returns over £200 will be issued a store credit.
  • No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales 15% off or more.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received by us, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
  • Please note: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you will not be required to return the damaged item back to us and in most cases, we will replace the item. In these cases, please make sure you that you let us know that you received a damaged item or that you received the wrong item as your return reason. Please also include a photo of the damaged item.

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed once received at our warehouse.
  • Please note: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you will not be required to return the damaged item back to us and in most cases, we will replace the item.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method; OR, if an exchange was requested, your new order will be processed and shipped out within two weeks.
